He is survived by: his wife Michaela Johnson; his sons, Matthew Johnson (Megan) of Hurst and Josh Johnson (Colleen) of Roanoke, Texas.; and his granddaughters, Presley, Aubrey, Allyson, Emma, Everleigh, Ca'Mora and Viviana.
