She was predeceased by: her husband James Pawelczyk; her parents, Raymond Rose and Naomi Weiss Silvy; her stepmother Doralene Rose; and her sister Judy Semrad.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Leonard and Kellie Minor; her grandchildren, Madison Nelson, Summer Bedgood, Landon Minor, Seth Bedgood, Matthew Minor, Stephanie Minor and Brittany Minor; her great grandchildren, Dakota Nelson and Hayden Nelson; and her siblings, Raymond Rose II (Eddie) and Sheryl Rose Headrick.
