It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbie A Souther of Hurst, Texas, born in Graham, Texas, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Souther (Boyd) and Hermon Souther; and his sisters, Joan Bass and Barbara Wilton. He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Shires Souther; his children, Brad Souther (Donna) and Kathy Hume (Odie); his grandchildren, Brandon Souther (Amanda), Melanie Prince (Daniel), Dylan Souther (Ashley), Nick Hume and Madison Hume; his great grandchildren, Aubrie Souther, Emma Prince and Adelyn Prince; and his sisters, Melva Greathouse and Susan Marek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
