He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Forbush (Jay), Amber Eastwood (David Duckett) and Driel Szany; his grandchildren, Brittany, Marcus, Bryce, Andrew, Kaiden, Sadie, Rylan and Sergio; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Bryson, Brihanna and Braeylon; and his siblings, Larry Bollin (Debbie) and Debra Jean Strickland (Ernie).
