He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis, Sr. and Annie Loreace Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Beth Lewis; his sons, Cody Lewis and Daniel Lewis; his grandson Benjamin James Lewis; his sisters, Lori Baumann and Earleen Sesvold; and his son Ed. He is also survived by Pops, Dad, Pop-Pop.
In his latter years, he became rejuvenated with the arrival of his grandson, Ben, who he cherished, giving him the role of Pop-Pop, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to St Jude Children's Cancer Research at http://www.stjude.org.
