With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwayne Vaughan of Hurst, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ira Vaughan; his spouse Odell Swanner; his son Robert Ward; and his sister Joyce Noble. He is survived by: his children, Steve Vaughan (Carolyn) of Hurst, Teresa Ward (Jerry) of Lamesa, James Vaughan (Reggie) of Midland, Jerry Ward (Teresa) of Lamesa and Linda Bartley (Math) of Lubbock; and his sister Betty Ford (Denver) of Lubbock. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
