She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Rieger and Wilhelmina Rieger; and her brother Wilfred Rieger. She is survived by: her husband Norman Scroggins; her children, Shirley Dulworth (Terry), Dennis Scroggins (Lynn) and Karen Nelson (Eric); her grandchildren, Clinton Dulworth (Andrea), Gregory Dulworth (Jennifer), Candace Scroggins (Mel), Ryan Scroggins (Lindsay), Sara Nelson Milligan (Mitchell) and Steven Nelson; her great grandchildren, Ella Dulworth, Avery Dulworth, Aria Dulworth, Samuel Kinsey, Jaxon Dulworth, Michael Scroggins, Tyler Scoggins and Heidi Jo Milligan; her siblings, Lillian McNeill (Patrick), Charles Rieger (Brenda) and Barbara Pressley (Barry); and her sister-in-law Jeanette Rieger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to restrictions at the cemetery, in lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made in Dorothy's name to Catholic Charities or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
