It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Phillips Hamner (Hurst, Texas), who passed away on December 17, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Jeri Hamner of Bedford, Texas; his daughter Charlsa Hamner of Plano, Texas; his sisters, Claudine White (Orlie) of California and Mary Baynham of Tyler, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Smith (Kenneth) of Odessa and Cece Mabry (Scott) of San Antonio.
