With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Evans Petersen Sr. (Hurst, Texas), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Chris Petersen and Margaret Evans Petersen; and his brother John Petersen. He is survived by: his wife Kay Shannon Petersen; his sister Mary Lou McEachran; his children, Charles Evans Petersen Jr. (Roya), Jana Petersen Kurrasch (Kevin) and John Petersen (Kay); his grandchildren, Chase Petersen (Anna), Brady Petersen, Natalie Petersen, Katilyn Kurrasch, Landry Petersen, Delaney Petersen, Joey Petersen and Mia Petersen; and his great grandchildren, Chance Petersen and Nash Petersen. He is also survived by his children, their spouses and grandchildren.
