He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Parker and Winfield Parker; his sisters, Edna Faye Parker and Juanita Fenimore; and his grandson Anthony Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Noy Parker; his children, William Parker (Janice), Herman Parker (Natalie), Daphne Atchison (Dathan) and Margaret Thomson (Geoff); and his sister Lois Kordis of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
