He is survived by: his wife LuRee; his children, Gina Marie Jeffries (John) and Richard Andrew Proctor (Madelon); his grandchildren, Joshua Michael Steinhauer, Justin DeForrest Jeffries, Emily Madelon, Abigail Rebekah, Samantha Jayne and Caroline Billye Proctor; his nieces, Kala Arguello and Hillary Proctor; and his nephew Jason Proctor.
