With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Smith (Hurst, Texas), born in Center, Texas, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Wilburn and Addie Wilburn; and her siblings, Bob Wilburn, Kenneth Wilburn, Maxine Miller, Jacqueline Wilburn and Darlene Nall.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Sue, David Wesley and Barry Wayne (Shantel); her husband Delmar; her children, Pam Allen (Donald Faulks, Jr.) and Dale Smith (Carla); her siblings, Douglas "Cotton" Wilburn of Shelbyville, Texas, Tommy Wilburn of Joaquin, Texas and Edith Risinger of San Angelo, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael Allen (Destinni), Stephanie Allen, Jeffrey Smith (Katy), Candice Smith, Wesley Smith (Natalie) and Zakkery Dubose (Maegan); and her great grandchildren, Sara Allen, Tyler Hall, Ethan Allen, Ryland Allen, Noah Dubose, Bellea Smith, Logan Dubose, Brayden Smith, Skylar Allen, Sadie Smith and Connor Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The Service will begin at 3:00 P. M. under the direction of Pastor Rev. Jerry Power, Jr. Due to the ongoing COVID situation masks are suggested but not required.
