She was predeceased by: her former husband Douglass Neal Waters; her parents, Thomas Edison Baumgardner and Polly Anne Baumgardner (Reed); and her siblings, Lee Bush, Tommy Baumgardner and Tip Baumgardner.
She is survived by: her husband Doug; her stepsons, Mark Waters (Paula) and Matthew Waters; her grandsons, Trent Waters and Tanner Waters; her great grandchild Dean Waters; her sister-in-law Dee Baumgardner; her niece Sheila Carrillo (Alfred); and her nephews, Mike Bush Jr. and Tommy Bush (Tammy).
