He is survived by: his sons, JP and Matt; his brothers, Gary Ratliff (Billie Jo) and Lary Ratliff (Susie); and his stepbrothers, Kenneth Phipps (Shirley) and Glen Dell Phipps (Sherrie).
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Piersall Funeral Directors (733 Butternut St, Abilene, TX 79602).
