She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Guy Ellis and Mary Eleanor Smith-Ellis; her sisters, Evelyn Auld and Gladys Babcock; her husband Carl Sullivan of Riverside, Texas.; her son Johnny Sullivan; her granddaughter Kristy Lawson (Troy); and her great grandchild Kara Beth Lawson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Anne Nelson (Dewayne) of San Antonio, Linda Clinton (Wayne) of Huntsville and Elaine Briscoe (Arnie) of Willis; her grandchildren, Dr. Gregory Wayne Nelson (Kimberly Rae) of Bulverde, Dr. Tawnya Nail (Rusty) of Huntsville, J. C, Crow (Jennifer) of Robinson, Adam Briscoe (Cathleen) of Spring and Shannon Thomas (J. J.) of Normangee; and her great grandchildren, Collin Nail (Cheyenne), Bryson Nail (Lindley), Alyssa Nail, Claire Crow-Valenzuela (Andre), Garrett, Drew, Amber Crow, Conner Briscoe, Seth Hoppas, Kealy York and Joe York (Ella Shofner).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the University Heights Baptist Church (2400 Sycamore Ave, Huntsville, TX 77340). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Brooke Cemetery (672 FM 980, Huntsville, TX 77320).
