He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint H. Murphey and Omie Nick Murphey; and his wife Rebecca Louise Calvin Loll. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Kathleen Murphey and Christopher Daniel Loll (Emily); his grandchildren, Kinlee, Cora, Sarah Guajardo, Wesley and Noah Loll; and his daughters, Nancy Lou Mays, Patricia Gale Houpt and Beverly Jo Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Huntsville (1700 Normal Park Dr, Huntsville, TX 77340).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in his name to the Huntsville First Baptist general fund.
