It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marietta Elaine Hunt of Huntsville, Texas, who passed away on October 28, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Earlanson; her siblings, Wesley Guernsey and Patricia Earlanson (George); her son Michael Lebedzinski; her son-in-law Dennis Caldwell; and her granddaughter Spring Benson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Russell, Lori Caldwell, Darla Rode and Brandy Cochran; her daughter-in-law Abby Lebedzinski; her stepdaughter Beth Baratz; her sons-in-law, Tony Russell, Troy Rode and Gary Cochran; her grandchildren, Michael, Victor, Christopher, Desiree, Michelle, Angela, Shyla, Melody, Josiah, Sean, Tara, Shelbi, Tyler, Kira, Corey, Shauna, Hali, Zoey, Shay, Braydon and Karllee; and her cousin Jimmy Sparks. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waller-Thornton Funeral Home - Huntsville (672 FM 980, Huntsville, TX 77320). A rosary was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (401 Prospect Dr, Trinity, TX 75862). A committal service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Brooke Cemetery (672 FM 980, Huntsville, TX 77320).
