He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Columbus and Ida Lindsay Vickery; his wife Betty Vickery; and his son David Lee Vickery. He is survived by: his daughter Ramona Christopher (Jay); his granddaughter Anna Pierce; and his brother Glen Douglas Vickery of Porter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pine Valley Baptist Church (500 Big Woods Rd, New Waverly, TX 77358). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery - Evergreen.
