He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ashley Rogers and Velma McDaniel Rogers; and his siblings, Junior Rogers, Forrest Rogers, Thomas Rogers, Linda Rogers Sandefer and Sybil Rogers Bly.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rogers; his children, Sammy Rogers (Victoria) and Carla Smith (Rick); his sister Tiny Gonzales; his grandchildren, Megan Fletcher (Michael), Maddie Rogers, Annie Zela (Colton) and Carson Smith (Maegan); and his great grandchildren, Maverick Fletcher, Ellie Smith and Cooper Zela.
