He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Lou Holcombe, Robin Lee Burnett and Robert Vincent Burnett. He is survived by: his brothers, David Wayne Burnett and William Michael Burnett; and his aunt Gloria White Reynolds (Brian Gee). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
