With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Palmer of Huntsville, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Mae Grant and Coattee Butler Sr.; her sister Janice; and her son Trevor. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Eugene Palmer; her daughter Stephanie; her siblings, Lacy Thomas Sr., Elroy Thomas, Beverly Thomas, Carmen Randall and Craig Fisher Sr.; her son Christian Palmer (Shamanda); her grandchildren, Christina and Chantz Palmer; and her great grandchild Stephanie Palmer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
