Kulikowski and Madison Norred; his siblings, Harold Grubbs (Darlene), Sam Shibler, Don Shibler, Mary Clements, Christine, Sue Osborne, Barbara Reyes and Carolyn Slusher (David); and his stepsister Sue Rogers (Lee). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and other family members.
