He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther and Hazel; and his brothers, Billy Joe (BJ), Luther and Cornstubble.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughters, Lenora Stein (Mark), Angela Thormer and Stacey Brown (Steve); his grandchildren, Amanda Hogan, Michael Thormer (Georgia), Kyle Brown (Bethany), Cody Brown (Taylor) and Cole Brown; his stepgranddaughter Adrian Randles (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Reese Randles, Evan Randles, Adeline Thormer, Audrey Thormer, Charlotte Thormer, Heidi Brown and Waylon Brown. He is also survived by his family, friends.
He was a dedicated and honorable sergeant, and his contributions to his country will always be remembered.
