Though Doris Lea has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Stoker and James P. Stoker Sr.; and her siblings, James Pinkard Stoker, Jr. and Cecil Ann Kinkle. She is survived by: her daughter Joby Burgart; her son-in-law Michael; her son Steven Finch; her daughter-in-law Arnesa; her grandson Stuart Bradley Finch; and her sister Betty Ruth Meriwether. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that any memorials be made to the Huntsville Public Library or the organization of your choice.
