He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Levoy and Wilma Levoy; and his brothers, Al Jr. and Michael Levoy. He is survived by: his wife Regina; his sister Patsy McCammon; his nephew Dustin McCammon; and his former wife Diann Simpson.
