He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ray Dickey and Edna Angier Lum Dickey; his siblings, Curtis R. Dickey and Ernestine Dickey Sloan; and his wife Jimmie Sue Parker Dickey.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Debra Jean; his son Steve Dickey; his daughter-in-law Carole Dickey of Centerville; his son Grant Dickey; his daughter-in-law Barbara Dickey of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Chad Dickey of Huntsville, Cole Hardy of Franklin, Lacey Hardy of Huntsville, Bay Dickey of Houston, Wyatt Dickey and Dean Dickey; his great grandchildren, Jayde Dickey and Bodie Hardy; his nephew Ray; his nieces, Amy and Barbara Ann Sloan of Huntsville; and his friends, Kim Stewart, Tracy Bomer, Stephanie Harris, Gloria LeBlanc and Debbie Winters. He is also survived by his three children; his daughter.
