She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Kelley and Leona Kelley; and her husband Bob Osborn. She is survived by: her son Robert Osborn; her daughter-in-law Kris Osborn; her granddaughter Cash Oborn; and her great grandchild Julia Osborn.
Billye requested no services for her, and requested any donations be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
