He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertie Frank Collard, Sr. and Eunice Inez Corner Collard; and his brother-in-law Mark King Brown. He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth Martinez (Moses Martinez, Jr.), Brenda Ensign (Jerry Ensign) and Betty Brown.
