She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazael Irene and Otho Lee Tidwell; her husband Douglas Tipton; her siblings, Lenora Crawford (Tidwell) and Jack Tidwell; her sister-in-law Doris Napper (Tipton); and her close friend Jada Guinn.
She is survived by: her nephew Doug Summerford; her niece Raelynn Napper (Tessa Milman); her great-nieces, Brittany Summerford and Christiana Napper-Millman; and her great-nephew Matthew Napper-Milman.
