She is survived by: her parents, Artice Goree Turner and Ruby Viola Bay Turner; her daughter Terry Gates (Troy) of Trinity, Texas; her grandchildren, William Wade Hardin (Amanda) of Willis, Texas, Ryan Chance Jordan (Stephanie) of Castro Valley, California and Stormi Shy-Anne Akridge of Huntsville, Texas; her great grandchildren, Taylor Nicole Hardin and Nathan Wade Hardin; and her sisters, Velma Coleman of Huntsville, Texas, Artie Lou Slott of New Waverly, Texas and Carolyn Karr (George) of New Waverly, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
