He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Lowery and Lucy Wells Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Jan Lowery; his children, Lane Lowery and Shana De Paoli; his son-in-law Ernest De Paoli; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Grant De Paoli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
