It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Walton of Huntington, Texas, born in Lufkin, Texas, who passed away on October 20, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Berry Walton (Bonnie Walton) and Doris Jean Walton (Johnson); and his siblings, Joann Martin and Donnie Carroll. He is survived by: his son Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Walton; his daughter Tiffany; his son-in-law Vincent Smith; his son Lanny Derek Walton of Huntington; his grandchildren, Julius Walton, Keely Smith, Jordan Walton, Jovanni Smith, Isaiah Walton, Julian Walton, Ainzley Smith, Brinlee Smith and Jada Walton; his siblings, Jeanne Bryant (Walton) of Houston, Debbie Smith of Huntington and Ray Carroll of Jasper; and his aunt Martha Balch of Houston.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (9475 US-69, Huntington, TX 75949).
