She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Anderson and Vivian Anderson; her spouse Ottis Ray Spears; her son Barry Spears; and her siblings, Nancy Veazey, Gertrude Spears, Miriam Nichols, Philip Anderson and Harold Anderson, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Winnie Henderson (John Allen); her grandchildren, Josh Henderson (Jana Cay), Jason Henderson (Samantha), Michelle Schuette (Jason), Wesley Spears and Eric Duckett; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Trent, Laramie Henderson, Kylee, Paige, Payton Schuette, Shae Lee Noland, Evan, Leanne and Max Duckett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
