He is survived by: his children, Joe Kelley (Debra) of Las Vegas, NV., Susan L. Kelley-Oehlke (James) of Waller, TX, Mary E. Kelley-Ryan (Timothy) of Royse City, TX and Sheree D. Kelley-Oehlke (Jeffrey) of Rosenberg, TX; his brother Joe L. Spurgin (Myra) of Dallas, TX; and his sister-in-law Sally L. Ronk of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by 8 grand children; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
