He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Sherman and Evelyn Hicks Sherman; and his brother Stephen Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his sons, Jonathan Sherman and Dustin Scott; and his stepdaughters, Michelle Castillo, Melinda Owens and Mary Styer.
