He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Burns and Louise Barbuscia; and his siblings, Junette Mather and John Gonsalves. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wallace; his children, Tanya Clay (Neil) and Brent Burns (Jenny); his brothers, Clete Burns (Pam) and Joe Gonsalves; his stepmother Martha Burns; his brother-in-law Clint Wallace (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Hailey Burns, Cooper Clay, Georgia Clay and Brooks Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Alzeimers Association in memory of Arthur Burns.
