He was predeceased by: his father Frank T. Jedlicka. He is survived by: his mother Cecelia Luchak Jedlicka; his wife Marilyn Prazak; his siblings, Jimmy (Karen), Daniel Jedlicka (Danette), Bernadette Karasek (Daniel) and Barbara Svatek (Kenny); his sons, Philip and Matthew Jedlicka (Nikki); and his grandsons, Wyatt, Colton and Eli Jedlicka. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
