She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Villyard and Bessie Villyard (Robert Carter); her brother Charlie Villyard; and her son Villyard Carter. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; her daughter Debbie Matthews (Jackie) of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Daniel Matthews (Shauna) and Amy Hargrove (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Bailey and Bryce.
