She was predeceased by: her parents, William L Supak and Annie Rose Blaha Supak; her husband Don Strouhal; and her brothers, Leroy and Bill Supak.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Strouhal Macha (Gene) of Hungerford, Don Strouhal, Jr. (Ann Harris Strouhal) of Pearland and Gene A. Strouhal (Stacey Wright Strouhal) of Florida; her grandchildren, Dr. BretMacha, Amy Lynn Strouhal, Lauren Macha and Adam Wayne Strouhal; her sister Mary Lou Skow (Dennis); and her pet Zippy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Catholic Church, Hungerford, Tx.
