She is survived by: her husband William Moore; her children, Brent Henry (Samantha), Rhonda Perez (Guadalupe) and Tracie Molik; her stepson Ben Moore (Chrissa); her grandchildren, Heather Henry, Max Henry (Corrie), Matthew Perez, Victoria Perez, Seth Molik, Sofia Moore, Olivia Moore and Penelope Moore; her great grandchild Liam Henry; and her nephew Joseph Hunt.
