He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernesto Guerra, Jesusa Gonzales (Maternal), Antonio, Manuela Dela Garza (Paternal), Steve, Heaven, Noah and Lili.

He is survived by: his parents, Ray and Lupe; his wife Bri; his children, Jayden and Britain; and his siblings, Ann Bennett (Charles) and Albert Ray Jr. (Elizabeth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
