Shirley A. Watson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Watson of Humble, Texas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on August 10, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Jones, Sr. and Kittie Mae English Jones; her sons, Floyd Lynn and Mark Wayne Watson; her daughter-in-law Diana Rae Watson; and her brothers, Frank Jones, Garland Jones Jr. and Robert Jones (Bob).

She is survived by: her sons, James LeeRoy Watson and Allan Edward Watson (Michael Mason); her granddaughters, Tonya Germany (Kevin Germany) and Sonya Gill (Wesley Gill); her great grandchildren, Julia Germany (Jefferson Dean), Reed Hoover and Jackson Gill; her great great grandchildren, Karma and Patience Gardner; and her brother Gary Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley struggled with Alzheimer's during the last few years of her life.
