She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Mugica and Isabel Macias Mugica; her husband Joe Humberto Santiago, Sr.; and her sisters, Isabel Pizzini and Esther Castillo.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Humberto Santiago Jr., Anthony and Isaac Santiago.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
