He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Hilliard and Jane A. Clay; and his sister-in-law Shirley Sitton Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Beverly "Darlene" Page Hilliard; his sister-in-law Edith Flagg; his niece Deborah Malone (Vic); and his nephews, Mike Flagg (Jane), Robert Sitton (Jen) and David Sitton. He is also survived by his wife, nieces, nephews and friends.
