He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Cooper and Violet Cooper; and his brother Dennis Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Cooper; his children, Cheri Jaster (Michael) and Bradley Cooper (Sarah); his grandchildren, Gracie Jaster, Zachary Jaster, Skyler Cooper, Nolan Jaster and Landon Cooper; his siblings, Michael Cooper, Gatlin, Curtis and Violet; and also, Lisa and Valerie Gray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of loving friends.

The legacy he leaves behind is a Christian foundation that was laid for him and his family generations ago.
