Nelda Light Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelda Light of Humble, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on October 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Leerene Musick Tullos; and her brother Jimmie Ray Tullos. She is survived by: her husband William G. Light, Jr. (Bill); her daughters, Roshawnda Light and Lisa Pesl; her grandchildren, Jessica Lynette Light, Jared William Willis, Bryan Mitchel Sanders and Peighton Pesl; her sister Lilly Renae Piper (Carl); her nephew Jason Carl Piper; her nieces, Carrie Michelle Vita (Josh) and Jennifer Rochelle Piper; and her great grandchildren, Joseph LeNormand III, Katelynn Lawson, Nicholis Johnson, Tabitha Johnson, Patricia Johnson and Cera Elizabeth. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and great nephews.
