He is survived by: his uncles, Buddy, Palpal and Honey; his wife LaJohn Cryer; his children, Brenda Owen and Craig Cryer; his sister Carrie Ponton; his grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew, Jacob Owen and Valerie Cryer; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Logan Owen.
