He is survived by: his wife Kathrine Parish; his children, Barry Parish (Jenifer), Russell Parish (Bill LaRock) and Pamela Parish (George); and his grandchildren, Grant Parish, Travis Parish and Madeleine Parish. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
