He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert G. McCarty and Elsie M. Higgins McCarty; his wife June Walker McCarty; and his great grandchildren, Roxanne Lydia Osburn and Eve Grace Khaleesie Farrington.
He is survived by: his children, June McCarty, Dennis McCarty Jr. (Heather), Shawn McCarty (Miranda), Shannon McCarty, Patrick McCarty, Christopher McCarty Sr. (Lana), Kevin McCarty and Josh Gee. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
