He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmarie Freeman, Lawrence Bailey, Sr., Mae Ella Harts and Richard D. Douglas. He is survived by: his parents, David B. Douglas, Sr. and Suzette Douglas; his children, Jace, Avery and Aria; his sister Tanisha DuBransky (Douglas); his brother-in-law Marc DuBransky; his nephews, Travis and Trevor DuBransky; his partner's children, Gisele, Natalya and Jordanna; and also, David Goslin and Martha Figley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider supporting David's sister in establishing a trust for Jace, Avery, and Aria to support them through adulthood.
